▸ What standard amenities are offered in the hotel rooms?
All of our hotel rooms come equipped with cable television, high speed wireless internet connection, air conditioning, ceiling fans, and hot water. Our property has a large backup generator, so in the event of a power outage (fairly common in Roatan) all rooms and services on our premises will still have a running power supply. For $10 extra per night, guests can upgrade to a Standard Plus room and enjoy the convenience of a mini-fridge, coffee maker, and safe. For more information, visit our hotel page.
▸ How can I book a room, and what are my payment options?
While we happily welcome walk-ins, we recommend that guests contact us prior to showing up to ensure availability. You can call, e-mail, Skype, or send a Whatsapp or Facebook message to us to check availability and request a reservation (view our contact page for details). Our website also provides an easy-to-use form to request a reservation directly. A reservation will only be guaranteed after receipt of a 50% deposit of the total payment amount.
We accept PayPal transfers, bank transfers, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, US dollars, Canadian dollars, Euros, and Lempiras as valid forms of payment.
