Santosha Beach Yoga supports each student’s unique path toward health and well-being. Empower students to nourish, transform and unite mind, body and spirit through Yoga practice. Classes are based on Hatha Yoga, a balancing sun/moon practice, and Vinyasa Yoga, a practice that links breath to movement and strengthens the mind-body connection.
Classes are designed for all levels and everyone is welcome!
Mats will be provided but if you have one bring it
Also bring a water bottle and a towel
Per class fee – $5.
